Adarsh began his financial-services journey at the age of 19. Starting early gave him the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and understand the responsibility that comes with guiding a client's financial decisions.

With more than five years of industry experience, he is a two-time MDRT professional. Working alongside the right mentors helped him find a clear sense of purpose in the business and shaped the standards he brings to his role at INFINPRO.

His long-term goal is to build an organisation that outlasts him—one that continues to create opportunity, strengthen financial capability, and contribute to the wealth of future India.
